North Star Manor provides a variety of services to the seniors in Warren and the surrounding area.  It is a skilled nursing facility licensed for 45 residents and  a 20 unit of senior housing apartments.  In cooperation with other health care professionals, they provide services in physical, occupational and speech therapy. The North Star Manor was gifted to the City of Warren/WEDA from Good Samaritan Society on December 1, 2017.
