Warren LAH/BNP Program

The Warren Living At Home/Block Nurse Program provides services to keep you or a loved one living at home for as long as possible, priority given to those 60 or older.  Below information about the program, if you have anymore questions, call 745-4005.






1. The program uses its neighbor as volunteers.

2. Rides for in and out of town travels ( a small cost for the out of town trips) in town are free.

3. Help with small chores around the home

4. Friendly visits/friendships

5. Daily check-ins on the homebound or telephone check-ins

6. Respite care for caregivers

7. Light maintenance (window cleaning)

8. Handicap accessible van will pick you up and bring you to Senior Meals and home again

9. Home recycling pick up

10. Arthritis Foundation Exercise classes

11. Christmas baskets made and delivered

12. Health/Depression Screenings/Matter of Balance classes

13. NAPS Nutrient Assistance Program for Seniors) assessment, register and delivery
