Warren is one of six cities in Minnesota chosen to participate in the Climate Smart Partnership. Arnsberg, Germany is Warren's partner city. The three year program began with two cities employees traveling with the Minnesota delegation to Germany in June 2016 and the German delegation traveled to Minnesota in October of that year. We are very proud to learn from our German partners and forge stronger relationships with the Minnesota cities involved. The program was extended two years with 2020 being the fifth year.
