Recreation in Warren

Warren has a variety of activities to choose from for all seasons. The Warren Recreational Center provides for year around activity out of the elements. There are three parks located in the city. Each offers its own unique blend of features for your enjoyment. The City of Warren Public Works department maintains all of the facilities to bring you the best amenities in the area.  There is a summer recreation program, public swimming lessons and special events throughout the year.  

There are also wonderful accommodations for dining, lodging and other activities.  The goal of Your New Hometown is to provide recreational activities for residents of all ages in a safe, fair, efficient and economical manner.

Try out the recreation center located at 111 2nd St. just west of the high school. The facility is FREE and open 24 hours. The facility is staffed during the winter evenings. In the winter you can enjoy hockey or skating. In the summer you can play basketball, pickleball or cornhole. There is a walking track that can be used anytime of the year and an awesome speaker system! There is a lot of unused space for the community to decide what they want to do in the facility. If you have an idea for an activity, contact the City office.
