Manor Good Samaritan Center Marshall Manor Good
Samaritan Center is Marshall County’s only nursing home
serving Warren and surrounding communities. The Center is
licensed to provide skilled care for up to 85 residents.
Marshall Manor is 100% Medicare/Medicaid certified and
provides an Alzheimer’s Unit, licensed skilled care,
short-term care and rehabilitative care for people who are
recovering from an accident, illness or surgery until they
can return to their own home. Services and amenities
available at Marshall Manor include:

The purpose of the Marshall Manor Good Samaritan Center
is to provide services needed primarily by older persons and
others in need without regard to race, color, sex, age,
national origin, religion or disability.
Adjacent to Marshall Manor Good Samaritan Center is Good
Samaritan apartments, a market rate apartment community
consisting of 20 senior (age 55 and older). It is a
beautiful one-story building with community space and common
areas.

Valley Health Center provides Warren with a full range of
medical services. It is a Critical Access Hospital with 20
bed acute care and swingbeds, a family practice clinic, lab
and radiological services, cardiology, orthopedic and
podiatry services, diagnostic mobile imaging including
CAT-scan, Ultrasound, Echocardiography, Nuclear Medicine,
Mamography, and Bone Density, physical therapy, a fitness
center (open to the public on a low monthly membership),
public health care nursing, cardiac rehabilitation services,
micro dermabrasion treatment, laser hair removal, 24 hour
emergency care and complete ophthalmologic services with
retail eyewear provided by Warren Eye Care. The 25 member
volunteer ambulance service has achieved an average response
time for the City of Warren of three minutes or less, so
help is never far away. All of the EMT’s are certified by
the state. Also available is Lifeline. Lifeline is a
personal emergency response system that brings help within
minutes at the touch of button.

North Valley Health Center. Continued support from the
communities of the service area channel strong support for
the health center into meeting new needs as they arise.
